History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Alston was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Alston took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Servant.

History: Tagga was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the south were limited. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Fax was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and doesn't want to be a guard and was forced into it by her family
