History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family After coming to the age of reason, Joan took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
