History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her childhood dream was to be a Ruler, but she was a colossal failure. After a long history of fighting, Ilga and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Born to a Layabout, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
