Personality: She is a Ruler first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting goblins, the young Silgre began to lead the lost caravan. She's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
