History: Born in the north to a Map Maker, Ortegar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he is greedy

Description: 6'4" and muscular, this southern man prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. His hair, while still mostly blue, has prominent grey streaks. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: Kairon speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
