History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mordai was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Being a Adventurer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. After coming to the age of reason, Astaro took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. After a long history of fighting, Astaro and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Alain was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Alain decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She tends to her Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her hair is silver and very short. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born in the west. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Performer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
