History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has worked as a Mayor like his father before him.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents enrolled him in a Aristocrat school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing music.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
