History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shadow was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Armorer.

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'0" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears blue painted combat armor at almost all times. She sports a flattop hair cut. She is baby faced.

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Nyx's homeland. Nyx decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nyx fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
