He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

History: Five hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Barkeep, and she later adopted a second daughter.
