Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Everard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Everard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Painter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Painter; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He has never given up on his writing dream.
