History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Phelaia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Phelaia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Phelaia was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
