Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The war was a terrible time for her, and Stacee does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a Animal Trainer, her father struggled to pay the bills. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.
