This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Salasar will drive conversation. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He's also a talented Seamstress, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
