History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Born to a Banker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She's also a talented Banker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

History: Eridred was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. After a long history of fighting, Eridred and her spouse have recently divorced.
