History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Neega was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Neega's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
