History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the south to a Fletcher, Arara learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Fletcher and found it very stressful. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Arara was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Salasar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Salasar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Veloptima was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Guard. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
