History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has achieved small success as a Mayor.

History: The child of a Tailor, who enjoyed hunting, Srorthen was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Srorthen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and elven compassion

History: She comes from a rich western family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is greedy
