History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Portia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Portia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born in the north to a Priest, Serpent learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Priest. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Priest for hire.

Description: Standing 2'11", this woman tends to wear a white poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She has blonde hair. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lavinia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lavinia. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she feels kind of lost in life
