Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Millicent embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Millicent was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Millicent's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
