History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Personality: Arannis speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Bricklayer kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her fur is greying and her face has many wrinkles. This yellow eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: The child of a Locksmith, who enjoyed hunting, Shifting was taken on many hunting expeditions. Shifting was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shifting decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
