History: Baradad was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 38. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, Bidreked was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for her, and River does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: Gimgen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He has achieved small success as a Guard.
