History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Carter.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a red shirt with thin black vertical stripes and blue pants. Her brown hair is smooth and relatively long. Her brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her first spouse was a Jeweler, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She bought a mace and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult
