History: Shamash was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: She wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a greatsword, but if one is not available she will default to her shortspear. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her shortspear, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. She wears a small hat to hide her balding. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Andraste never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gifted student she started as a Scribe, but she got bored and became a Map Maker. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Emmeline fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is short and white. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Qualen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Qualen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
