Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Cory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Dilettante, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
