History: Gifted from a young age, Ootah studied abroad. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Being a Scribe kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture
