History: Born in the south to a Detective, Ozyman learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Ozyman was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ozyman's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now mingles about in high society.

His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Flak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Flak. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
