Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light yellow in addition to tight pants. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly whips and shortspears. His blonde hair is knotted and matted. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Kyle is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Banker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Revenge; and seeks redemption

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a simple blue robe with brown stripes complete with hood. His black hair, when down, is lengthy. He is baby faced.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.
History: He was born in the north. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress) and is in decent physical shape. Her white hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Nora was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Blacksmith. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nora fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: She prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. She has black eyes.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pyra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pyra. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
