Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Kipper was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Spy. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
