History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Jaxi was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Jaxi decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kilvar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
