Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. History: Mardred lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Cartwright, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
