When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Flask hails from a village terrorized by giants. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Flask alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Meriele grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Meriele. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Glassblower for hire.
