History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Joan's homeland. Joan decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has worked as a Spy like her father before her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern

History: She got into the Beggar business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Brewer, but she was a colossal failure. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is unsatisfied with her job
