Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and red, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in a small island village. Through the years after Anselm was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anselm's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she very much looks the part of a Beggar. She has done her best to style her bronze crest to look like a famous performer. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled father and took her father's old job. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This malnourished woman wears a robe, a symbol of death around her neck, and a lance on her belt. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born in the west. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
