History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rolen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Rolen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This dark-skinned female is wearing a long, black cloak. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. With wild blonde hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ubada was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Burana has worked very hard to control her curse. During her travels, Burana and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Burana discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Burana fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.
