He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'0" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He sports red clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His hair is brown and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Fulbar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
