Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Halander is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dragonborn, and stands approximately 6'3". He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, and his gloved hand is found clutching a ceremonial dagger. He has done his best to style his black crest to look like a famous performer. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Rhogar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now mingles about in high society.
