History: Cimer was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Masseuse they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second daughter.
