History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: 3'11" and muscular, this eastern man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his feathered brown hat.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rurik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a sword on her belt. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She has wavy brown hair. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: Paela was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: Standing 3'6", this man very much looks the part of a Shepherd. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
