Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gerard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and many orcs want him driven away

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Purson and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Purson discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Purson fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
