History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Kody was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with her Mason mother left her crippled. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
