History: Juliana was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her childhood dream was to be a Ruler, but she was a colossal failure. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cockaby grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Cockaby was born on a far eastern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Layabout. After a long history of fighting, Cockaby and his spouse have recently divorced.
