History: She was raised in a desert tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carlin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carlin. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He got into the Unemployed business at a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He struck the Unemployed job and began his own company from there.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Brewer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult.
