Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. The war was a terrible time for her, and Seraphina does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Seraphina was born the youngest of three triplets. When Seraphina reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Recently the stress of being a Barkeep has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Morgran was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Morgran's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'6" when asserting himself. His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Marshal. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and money/treasure
