History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Veit grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and obtaining odd cultural half-elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Orcs in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has worked as a Shepherd like her mother before her.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow.
