History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Caeldrim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born in the west to a Miller, Nil learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Nil has worked very hard to control his curse. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
