History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dragonborns became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his music dream.
