History: Born in the south to a Shepherd, Shautha learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: The child of a Guard, who enjoyed hunting, Reirak was taken on many hunting expeditions. His childhood dream was to be a Guard, but he was a colossal failure. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: An older woman who wears a brown vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her brown boots flare out at the collars, she is not a threatening figure. She has moderate length orange fur. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Trail was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Trail grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Trail. She has worked as a Tanner like her father before her.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Carrie hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and money/treasure
