History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Quelenna grew up listening to her mother's many stories. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
