History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Meriele never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Burana grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Burana. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
