History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Paela liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Paela was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Barendd took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. He has never given up on his painting dream.
